Medium of Instruction: The medium of instruction in the school is English and in order to attain proficiency of the language it is the only spoken language within the school premises.  

Method of Teaching: The method of teaching in all classes is based on the latest-educational method of learning through play and creative environmental activities with proper aids.

Withdrawal: In case a student is not going to continue the next session, one month’s calendar notice should be submitted along with the clearance of all the fees.
If the parents want to withdraw their ward in the middle of the session, one month’s calendar notice along with the fees of the whole session is to be submitted.  In case a student after passing the examination gives no intimation of his / her admission on due time, but asks for a transfer certificate after the beginning of the session, he or she has to submit an application along with the fees of the whole year.  Transfer certificate will be issued only after one month from the date of submission of the application form. Along with this, all the outstanding dues should be cleared.  Fees once paid is non-refundable.

Rules to be followed at Cambridge Public School

  • Students should come in prescribed uniform everyday during the school hours and to follow all school  functions.  
  • Students should not come with valuable goods to school and they are responsible for the safe custody of their belongings.  
  • Students should be disciplined and punctual and should bring the books according to the time table to the school everyday.  
  • During the school hours parents/guardians are not allowed to meet their wards or teachers in the classroom without the permission of the principal.  
  • The students who remains ill for a long time period must bring a medical certificate before joining classes.  
  • Any communication, request or complaint made by the parents/guardians should be addressed only to the principal and not to the class teachers.  
  • Homework given to the students by the teachers should be done regularly and parents/guardians are  requested to co-operate with the school by checking the homework of their   wards. 
  • Any damage wilfully done by a student to the building, furniture, apartments or any other school property is liable to be made good by the parents/guardian. 
  • Student should come with their school diary everyday. 
  • It is mandatory for the parents.guardians to furnish their identity-card while coming to visit. 
  • The school expects 100% attendance from every students. In case unavoidable circumstances, a formal application should be forwarded to the principal. In case of illness, a medical certificate should be attached with the leave application 
  • Tuition fee & bus fee have to be paid monthly within 15th of every consequent month to avoid late fine of Rs. 100/- per month. If a student is not paying monthly fee continuously for three months, his/her registration may be cancelled. 
  • Any suggestion from guardian’s side may be  dropped in the School Suggestion Box for implementation of any rules.
